Summary
Harry Potter lives in District 12 where every year per the Treaty of Treason, two tributes, male and female, are reaped to compete in the Hunger Games. His hate for the Capitol burns bright and armed with his contempt, obscure past, and charm, he enters the Games where only one of twenty-four tributes will leave a victor.
Tom Riddle was born and raised in the Capitol under his father's influence. Training to become the Capitol's Defense Minister, he is given the task of mentoring District Twelve's two tributes.
“Well, what is your name, dear?” She asks uncomfortably, green lipstick covering her patronizing smile. A different name is on the tip of his tongue. But the Capitol will know.
“Harry Potter.”
It’s a name he hasn’t ever spoken, a name that’s been whispered about for nearly two decades in dimly lit bars, a name that’s been the subject of local legends: the name of a traitor.

Summary
In a scientific study, a control group is used to establish a cause-and-effect relationship by isolating the effect of an independent variable. In contrast, the experimental group is where the independent variables are introduced, which may alternate depending on the nature, type, or anticipated outcome of the experiment. In the case of the experiments performed at Hawkins National Laboratory, scientists experienced a near-total loss of the control group. But what only a handful of people knew was that many of the members of the experimental group survived...and now they were being targeted.
