Summary
Now Will was never a selfish person. He always put people before himself because he knew the feeling of never being put first. There was once a time when he was 12 years old and his old best friend Mike would be the person to put him first above all else. That was 16 years ago when the most important thing at the time was staying alive, not if his best friend loved him. As the years went on Mike’s priority seemed to change, but Will was still there, waiting for Mike’s heart to change. Something to give him a sliver of hope that maybe he was worth something. Alas nothing came and that’s why he was here.
Now Will loved painting, it was what he did for a living. But Mike had always given him an unparalleled thrilled rush that painting could never compare to.

Summary
The wind was blowing hard that night. It was the night that my whole life changed. It was the night that all my hope of being normal changed. It started off great actually. Me and Mike were playing on the playground in the autumn breeze.
We were giggling really hard that day. I remember that exact moment like a picture ingrained in my memory. He tapped my shoulder and when I looked back his face was just perfect. I could see a little freckle on his right cheek. I could see his bunny teeth as he smiled brightly at me. I could see his dark eyes glowing with excitement. And that’s when I knew it was over.

Summary
Will could feel the pain pooling in his body and in that moment he knew it was over. He always knew he was going to die a painful death, but this was pain that he couldn’t describe. His stomach felt like it was being stabbed and clawed while people poured tons of salt over the wound.
Now Will had been in many painful situations - being burned alive was one of the worst pain he felt. But this took the cake. The feeling of being ripped open caused him to collapse to the floor and start screaming. He could hear voices over him. But he couldn’t pay attention. He could feel blood flow over his face but he could barely feel the rest of his body other than just the pain.

- Rintarō liked many things about Miya Atsumu.
Mainly when he shut up, but the thought was there.
Though, his favourite thing about Miya Atsumu would always be the other half of him.
So how had he ended up here, sitting outside of the gym with a cap pulled low over his face, staring at a trending article on his phone, feeling slightly sick to his stomach and declining the calls that kept coming in from his parents? -Rintarō has known and loved the Miya twins as long as he can remember, just in very different ways. But the press always takes things too far and now Osamu is off the grid, Kiyoomi is no where to be found, every gossip column thinks Rin is dating his childhood best friend and Atsumu won't stop whining. Rin is starting to fear that this could be the end to a relationship he built his whole life on.

This wakes Kiyoomi up enough to kick Atsumu’s shin. Atsumu hisses, but at least he has the decency to leave the room as Suna asks, “Are you asking for my help?”
