So, turns out Tyler and Josh should have listened to the previous homeowner closer that day. The problem wasn't exactly in the leaking pipes or with the kitchen cabinet accident (however diabolical it hadn't been), but in their new roommates, whom they didn't know about. Worst of all, they seemed to be reluctant to pay rent.
