Summary
Dennis Whitaker has lived a life full of religious speculation, pain, and chronic depression/anxiety. Growing up the youngest of four in Broken Bow, Nebraska led him into early childhood trauma. In a town that could be dated back to the late 1800's, and hardly had even changed since then, there wasn’t much room for Dennis to become anything other than what his parents wanted him to be, a rancher, just like the rest of his brothers, and his father. When the opportunity to study Theology in college arises, Dennis agrees. A year into his studies, Dennis changes his major to medicine without anyone knowing. When his family receives a letter in the mail stating that Dennis changed his major, he is given two choices. Drop out and accept his godforsaken fate in Nebraska, or leave indefinitely. Choosing the latter, Dennis finds himself homeless while studying medicine. He doesn't let this deter him, and later makes it to his residency at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center. Now entering his fourth year as a med student, he’s entering his emergency medicine rotation, where he meets his new superiors, Michael Robinavitch, and Jack Abbot.

Ilya has never met someone like Shane. So innocent and open. The boy wears his heart on his sleeve, despite trying to hide it. The prince had never seen someone so pure and knew he had to have Shane. Getting Shane to open up and let Ilya shower him in affection seems to be more difficult than expected.
It isn't until a spark sets off a catalyst of events in the Russian Palace that change their relationship forever.

Summary

"After school, Katsuki and Zuku play at aunty Inko's house. Katsuki Wonders if Izuku ever wants to be a girl like him. He wants to be a girl a lot of the time. He thinks about it a lot. "Hey Zuku?"
Zuku looks up and smiles at his friend, "Yes Kacchan."
Katsuki pauses, should he really ask his friend this. What if he doesn't understand? What if he makes fun of him? That's silly though, Zuku would never make fun of Katsuki. "Do you ever think about being a girl?"
Maybe his friend will understand. Maybe it's normal and Katsuki is freaking out for nothing. "No, that's kind of weird Kacchan. Do you think about being a girl?"
A little frown made it's way over his face. So he was weird then. He didn't think he was that weird for thinking these things, but if Zuku said so then he must be weird for thinking like this. "I..I don't either. I just heard someone say something at school today."
Maybe he would just keep this secret to himself for now. "
Katsuki Bakugou feels weird on the inside, like he's not complete. He just doesn't know what to do about it.
