Ness’ vice grip on his shoulder stopped him dead in his tracks. Isagi gritted his teeth and twisted his head to stare back at him.
“What?”
“Of course we’re not going to stand in the queue, Yoichi,” said Ness, patronisingly. He tilted his head forward to where Kaiser was sashaying ahead, side-stepping the line and striding over to the bouncer at the front.

Kaiser stared at his phone screen in disbelief. "What?! The manga ended?! Just like that?! There were so many backstories we never got to! What about Ego? Noa? Sae?? Ness!?”
The following silence all but confirmed the brutal reality. Kaiser’s last glimmer of hope disappeared right there and then, and his expression darkened.
There was no justice for the manga he spent so much time with, no justice for the hidden lore, no justice for any character outside of Isagi’s band of followers, no plot expansion— and especially nothing for Alexis Ness.
Oh, he was so not going to let that happen.
Or: Kaiser's favorite character in Blue Lock is Alexis Ness. When he dies, he wakes up as the scum villain who treats him like trash in the original manga. He immediately sets about trying to correct the horrid behavior— but the System won’t let him!

Instead of leaving the children of the Villains to rot on the Island, King Adam decides to do a sweep, taking them to live in Auradon instead. Jay and Evie are caught up and raised as good, productive citizens. Carlos and Mal? Let's just say they were overlooked. 16 years later he tries to rectify that mistake by catching and bringing them over, which doesn't go well. They're anxious, aggressive, and in no mood to play nice. In a last ditch effort, he tries assigning them partners to help them get used to the idea of being good. Or in Carlos' case, get him out from under the bed. As far as Mal is concerned? Oh, my, how Auradon will burn.

Summary
Everyone is confused when they see Kaiser without the usual added addition of Ness attached to his hip. When people question Kaiser, they only become more confused when Kaiser himself doesn’t know why Ness isn’t at his side either.
