Summary
Steve Rogers has a good life, if a little predictable. Sure, he hasn't dated in ages, when he is keeping busy with his art career, that's to be expected, right? Either way, there's nothing more he could want out of life.
Steve Roger's friends don't agree.
With one cruise ship ticket that has Steve's name on it, they manage to turn his life upside down. Particularly when it turns out Steve will be sharing the luxurious cruise ship room with a stranger. A tall, dark, sexy stranger named Bucky Barnes.
As the two set sail, the better Steve gets to know Bucky. And the less he wants his life to go back to the way it was before. -

Summary
For thirty odd years, Bucky Barnes has wanted two things. The first is to be bonded to the man he's sure is destined to be his mate - his best friend, Steve Rogers. Yet after decades of waiting for the Alpha to make a move, Bucky is forced to conclude that is one dream that will never come true. Which means it is up to Bucky to go after the second thing he craves alone - a family of his own.

Years have passed since Steve Rogers arose from the ice. In that time, he'd reluctantly joined a team of superheroes, found Bucky again, and after a lengthy process of clearing the longest serving prisoner of war's name, married him at long last. The one thing that had not occurred was a single story being written about him that was true. Something that was about to change when SHIELD proposed a biography be written, with input from Steve to ensure the truth is told.
Enter Chris Evans, historical writer, and life long admirer of the good Captain. Steve was not prepared for the man who bore a striking resemblance to himself, much less Chris's boyfriend Sebastian who had an uncanny likeness to Bucky. More, Steve had in no way anticipated the feelings for the other men that developed over the course of telling his story. Which prompted the question - could such an unlikely foursome become something more than any had ever expected?

Loud beeps from his phone startled Ilya, and he slowed down, reaching for the device he’d put on the bar between his legs. Jane. He smiled to himself when he saw the notifications, and, checking Marlowe was absorbed in his own fitness, opened it quickly, smiling in anticipation of Shane's words.
The smile was wiped off his face almost instantly.
The blood drained from his face, and Ilya felt like the bottom had just fallen out of his world.

Maybe he was naive, but Ilya always thought he had time. Time with Shane. Time to tell him what he truly meant to him.
That, somehow, one way or another, Shane would always be there.
But a text message late one night threatens to destroy the future that Ilya has spent the time carefully constructing in his mind.
Maybe Shane wasn't always going to be there. That Shane would be cruelly snatched away from him before he had a chance to be honest.

Summary
Shane is in a post-game interview when his world stops.
He’s just answered a question about Montreal’s offensive strategy going into the game. Clean passes, avoid penalties, draw defenders wide. It had worked and the Voyagers had beat Colorado soundly, 4-1. Shane had scored two of the goals and assisted on a third.
Usually, Shane would be eager to boast about the win to Ilya. But ever since their fight- since Ilya told Shane to leave- winning feels hollow. Losing feels better, somehow. As if Shane deserves to lose after being so selfish. Ilya gave up everything for him- his home, his team, and to some extent- his happiness. Hockey. Ilya gave up hockey- good hockey- for Shane.
A ripple goes through the room of reporters. Shane swears he hears the word ‘Ottawa’ and ‘crash’. But no one is paying attention to him anymore.
“What’s going on?” he asks into the microphone, feeling strange at the role reversal. Usually, he’s the one being asked questions.
No one answers. And this time he knows that he hears the word ‘Ottawa’ and ‘Centaurs’.

Shane rushes to Ilya after the almost plane crash. Their secret is no longer a secret.
