Or: A One Piece Fix-it AU where instead of just chucking his vivre card at Luffy and leaving, Ace also makes a vivre card for Luffy. Unfortunately for Ace, Luffy is a chaotic menace who can't stay out of trouble. Ace has a crewmate killer to catch, but he can't seem to get three feet away before Luffy's vivre card bursts into flames and does the weirdest shit imaginable. Needless to say, his revenge quest against Blackbeard is side tracked.

There was a beat of silence. Twilight's gaze narrowed.
"Do you know what you're doing?!" Twilight's ears pinned to the sides of his head. "Do you know who else you're hurting?? Sky hates me. Warriors' can't cope, Four's scared, Hyrule and Legend won't speak to anybody else. Wild can't stop- He can't stop crying because of you." Twilight's eyes flew to where the side of Time's fist collided to the wall.

He glares at Valarr, breathing heavily. They had humiliated him out there in the field, and now Valarr is here, speaking of things Aerion could not care less about and being the annoyance he always is, looking upon him with those infuriating eyes, cool and calm as Aerion burns from within.
He opens his mouth to tell him to leave once more, and Valarr is stepping forward and grabbing his chin, pushing Aerion back before he can do anything but widen his eyes.
He falls on the hard floor, hissing in pain as Valarr sits on top of him, his strong hold on Aerion's chin forcefully turning his face and pressing it against the filthy floor.

Jace knew change well, but in the face of this new home and new family, he wasn't sure of his place. He may be his mother's firstborn, her heir, but his newest brother was undoubtedly a Targaryen, with his silver hair and violet eyes. He was the first of his siblings to be trueborn and his mother doted on him greatly. It was not so different from the way he remembered her acting with Joffrey when he was first born but everyone on Dragonstone was delighted and joyful. He couldn't ever remember him or his siblings being treated the way Aegon was.
