in every lifetime no matter the circumstances, foolish and bad are fated to find and annoy one another, that's how they are as friends. but bad just wants one of foolish's lifetimes to end happily, and foolish doesn't care either way — to him, they pick up where they left off, and that's all that matters.

It started as a lump in his throat. Then, he was coughing. Splatters of blood dotted Grian’s chest.
Grian’s eyes— red and remorseful— were the last thing Scar saw.
Scar dies to Grian’s fists and wakes up in a new world.
