Shortly after Dave Afton’s tragic death in 1983, with William still in the midst of grief, Charlie Emily is murdered, devastating Henry. The long-time business partners find comfort in one another, bonding over their shared loss. Their friendship develops into something more as they struggle to keep the failing business afloat. Summary
During Gi-hun's first watch after the second game, something happens between Gi-hun and Young-il (Hwang In-ho) that leaves Gi-hun conflicted when he finds himself wanting more. After the failed rebellion, Gi-hun is forced to stay in In-ho's quarters to watch the remainder of the games. When their relationship becomes more complicated, both men fight against themselves and their trauma as they begin to sink into the deep pit of their growing obsession.
Neither were expecting to become wrapped up in each other as much as they did, and neither of them were expecting to do anything it takes to stay together.
