As the former angel of creation he exchanged his life force to bring back what was all lost
His daughter upon reviving understood immediately what her father had done, causing her to work even harder on the hotel as a coping mechanism.
Or Lucifer upon sacrificing himself to revive all of hell, he ended up respawning up In heaven
Turns out it was all a test planned by god to see if his favorite child could endure such torture
Upon Lucifer’s ascension Micheal and the other archangels decide to restore Lucifer’s original appearance and to erase his memories of hell
Lucifer upon readjusting to heaven grows curious about hell, causing himself to later disguise himself as a sinner to investigate this Hazbin hotel

Jake can’t quite place the voice and forces himself to open his eyes.
At first everything is blurry and bright and colored blobs, but after a few blinks he can see things coming into focus.
And the first thing he sees is a hell of a lot of blue people standing over him.
His confusion must be evident on his face, because the tallest one leans in closer to him. “You don’t remember us, sweetheart? Kinda hurts my feelings.”
Jake stares for a beat.
Then two.
“Colonel?” Jake finally says in absolute disbelief.

Steve’s life sucks. He hates himself. He’s just trying to put everything in the past and just live his life. Sure he’s still hiding his powers and PTSD but it’s not bad.
Yes, he has powers. He can see/hear? colors. Steve never told anyone but it’s had lasting side effects. He went deaf by 5 and has to use hearing aids.
He is living happily with his partners/soulmates and the party. They all live with him now(including the older teens and adults). He’s happy, definitely…

Steve can hear Dustin beginning to argue with Robin, but he gets distracted at this eerie feeling. He looks around, trying to figure out what's wrong when he hears a chime. He slowly walks to the back of the store, a wave of dread washing over him as he enters the break room. His eyes frantically sweep over the area, looking for any source of danger. The only thing he notices though is a clock Keith must have bought, this is the source of the chime. The clock is creepy and old, the chimes echo in a haunting way. It feels as if he's drawn to it, before he can get to close to it he feels a hand on his shoulder. The unexpected contact scares him, jolting him back to reality. He whirls around to see a concerned Robin and an annoyed Dustin.
"Dingus? You okay?"
