"I know that this is their job, but-" Caitlyn grimaced at the idea. "- I wouldn't be comfortable with a stranger... living with me and following me around."

There was barely any pause before Vi opened her mouth. She could hear part of her brain screaming 'no, stop, bad idea, shut the fuck up dipshit' but she ignored it like she always had.

"You don't have to. You know- hire a stranger."

Caitlyn looked at her quizzically. Am I really about to say this?

"I can be your blood bag, if you want."

Not the curse it once was- by the 21st century, vampirism had mutated into an inconvenient infection.

Due to their hunger being volatile and, if unsated, potentially fatal for the infected, vampires usually hired a professional "blood bag" to be by their side 24/7 during the months- sometimes years- it took for the illness to pass.

So when Caitlyn catches it, Vi doesn't hesitate to take up the role. Anything to help her best friend until she recovers.

(is it gay to move in with your bestie so she can mount you and suck your neck whenever she wants?)

    Summary

It’s one thing for Caitlyn to get distracted, drool over her girlfriend and fantasising about fucking her on random gym machines. It’s another thing entirely to know half the gym is doing the same.

Caitlyn’s never been good at sharing her things. What can she say? She was born rich and raised an only child. She’s not at all content sharing the vision of Vi with a group of sweaty strangers.

    Or;

Caitlyn gets thirsty at the gym and Vi has a hard time with compliments.

    Summary

Caitlyn Kiramman was both the hottest and straightest person Vi had ever befriended — because life was a bitch that hated her and wanted her to die alone.

Case in point? Vi’s phone was currently flooded with swimsuit selfies depicting Caitlyn in a dozen poses that emphasized every line of her perfect body. Not because she was flirting or trying to seduce Vi, but because she wanted Vi’s advice on which one she should wear on their beach trip.

As if Vi knew anything about fashion. As if she would be judging the cuts and patterns of the fabrics instead of admiring how they hugged Caitlyn’s curves. As if she wouldn’t be distracted by how much of Caitlyn’s body they didn’t cover.

    ~ OR ~

Vi agonizes over crushing on a straight friend. Caitlyn just wants Vi to make a move.

It has been weeks since the war on Piltover and Caitlyn is at her wits end. Yes, she is wounded, yes she is bedridden, and yes, maybe she did almost die. But she isn't the only one who is hurting, and she is so tired of Vi acting like it.

    or

A collection of one shots following Caitlyn and Vi after the war, and Caitlyn teaching Vi that she doesn't always have to be a caregiver, in fact, she could use some of that care herself.

"I mean this is ridiculous! If this is how you do business, then I think you ought-”

“I’m sorry, I think you’ve got the wrong number,” the woman cut her off.

Vi felt her face go so hot she was sure that it was visibly steaming in the winter air. Of course it was a fucking wrong number - just the cherry on top of an already shit morning. She struggled to conjure up some sort of apology. Instead, what came out was, “Oh. Well, thank god, because I was feeling really bad about yelling at someone who sounds so sexy.”

As soon as the words left her mouth she wished she had a spare hand to cram them back inside. She was considering just abruptly hanging up when a breathy chuckle filtered across the line.

“Awfully bold for someone who’s ranting about cement to a stranger at eight o’clock in the morning.”

OR: Vi is a construction worker with no time for relationships... until she accidentally dials a wrong number and the stranger on the other line upends her entire life.
