He would steal Superman’s Phantom Zone schematics, fabricate eighteen months of research documentation, and open a correspondence with Ra’s al Ghul and mean every word of it.
Bruce Wayne’s model of Batman had failed. Thirty years of dead children, fourteen Arkham breakouts, and a city scarred by a war with no way out.
Tim was 26. He had been fighting wars since he was 13. He would go further than Bruce Wayne ever would, become CEO of Wayne Enterprises, and build a city that didn’t need Batman.
Tim would burn the cape itself if it meant he could finally retire.

But Drake... He hadn't come to family dinner for three months now, Todd never made it to the two month mark. Drake hasn't come back to the manor after a mission for anything longer than a sitrep and debrief. (Of which Drake consistently lied about and avoided medical attention every night and not once did anyone call him on it). It can’t be a standard name they give orphans, because even when he still stayed in the orphanage, he was the only one with that name. Plenty of kids had no last name at all, which makes it more believable that Uzumaki is his real family name.
But what does that mean? Who are the Uzumaki? Is he the only one left? How can he find out? Were his family shinobi? Merchants? Regular civilians?
He is determined to find out.

If Naruto and Orochimaru were here, then logically Kabuto had also made the trip. Kabuto, neck deep in every single one of Danzō’s dirtiest secrets, along with Orochimaru who commenced his entry into the timeline by kicking its doors clean off their hinges. Two unhinged maniacs who were only holding it together because of the enforced house arrest and supervision. House arrest and supervision that no longer existed, in a timeline where they were the ones with advance knowledge.
