Hypno didn't seem to be in control of it, panicking himself and trying to get the stuff down- but instead, dove when he almost got hit by one of his own rings. Was he losing control? But why? Donnie quickly pulled his goggles over his eyes again- confused at the alerts they were giving him. But as they ran, and jumped, and sprinted... the tight feelings in his lungs only got tighter. Frowning, Mikey started slowing down, not paying too much attention even as Raph laughed at passing him.
His breaths started hitching oddly again, only this time... it was worse. A rock settled in his chest- his lungs heavier, tighter, smaller. He could feel his heartbeat rising, beating faster, louder- okay. Okay that was bad, wasn't it? Yet Mikey continued to run, even if he was slower. He could push through. It's fine. It's normal.
The change had been abrupt.
Mikey had been struggling, sure, but he had still been able to breathe as he jumped.
But then he felt his throat completely just- close.
His eyes widened, and he gasped.
He could not feel any air enter his lungs.

To protect his family -and the world- Leo makes the greatest sacrifice by trapping himself in the Prison Dimension with the Kraang. He doesn't expect to ever go home or to survive the Kraang's fury, but he tells himself that his family's safety is all that matters.
Casey, however, doesn't agree.
Opening another gate, Casey drags Leo out of the Prison Dimension and to the safety of New York. Or, the relative safety, as Leo's already been severely wounded by the Kraang and there's half a Technodrome falling from the sky.
But Casey's already lost his sensei. He'll do whatever it takes to keep Leo alive.
