The league is going through a very difficult period of time after the bar was destroyed. Heroes and cops are everywhere, and Dabi chose to make money through an older method used when he was on the streets to help himself and those in the league to get some supplies, but Shigaraki found out one night when he and Dabi wanted to sleep together after a long time and he doesn't agree at all with what Dabi did so he could help them.
Not to mention that there is a someone who doesn't leave Dabi alone.

Keigo is a hockey player and scholarship student who's somehow managed to barge into Touya's life and make him care about him. But that's fine, they're good for each other, always pushing to improve their grades and get better at their sports. They just have to analyse a novel that Touya can't actually stand, but that's fine.
Touya Todoroki is his own person, after all, not some character to be analysed.

Dabi looks up to greet the customer and makes eye contact with a guy. Doesn't know how to define him. He’s young, maybe even younger than him, with pale azure hair and deep red eyes, and is wearing a black hoodie and black jeans. And he's pale. Like, very pale. Whatever. Dabi rises to his feet, closing his sketchbook and holding out a hand.
"Dabi," he says, eyes wandering on the other's face. He's pretty, Dabi distantly notes, with almost delicate lineaments, but there's something strange about the skin of his lips and around his eyes. And on his neck, now that he can look a little more closely.
