Summary
Dragons are many and one. Though they each live their own lives, they also share memories, a collective consciousness that makes the human concept of time seem silly in comparison. Together they watch the multiverse spiral past, never once desiring to intervene in events, be it for good intentions or for ill. Dragons are immutable and unchanging.
They could never have known that a human would change them. But that was before Kisara became one of them, before the memories of a dragon born from the soul of a human echoed through their consciousness like an empathy bomb, forcing them to see the world the way she does and cry tears from eyes that don't know how. From her, they learn love and loyalty, the kind that will last for thousands of years without pause.
And thus, five-thousand years later, the dragons know one single truth: Seto Kaiba belongs to them and they will accept nothing less than his happiness.

Summary
Upon the news that a new Valley Master had ascended the throne, the jianghu was struck with fear.
Fear that tenuous peace would end. Fear of another war that would deal them more casualties.
In what the men of the jianghu would never admit was desperation, they sent peace offerings. Wine, food, fabrics...women.
There is no war. No praise or rebuke, but the offerings continue.Zhou Zishu cannot fathom why he can't get the attention of the Valley Master, whether it be for information gathering or assassination. He makes a pretty woman, after all, the newest 'offering' added to this donated harem of his.
He has a lot more luck when the Valley Master brings a few of the harem women with him to the Heroes Conference, of all things. Especially when he finds something of a platonic zhiji in the sharp Zhou Xu and begins to trust her with his thoughts.
He definitely has more luck when Wen Kexing proposes he pose as a man to infiltrate the Conference - although to be quite frank, the Valley Master acts...oddly, once he shows his true self.

Summary
Zhou Zishu is ready to be done with Tian Chuang. He's ready for his seventh nail, and ready to wander before facing his eighty one brothers with a bowed head in the afterlife. He will do this after, apparently, one last mission that's simply too intriguing to pass up.
The Ghost Valley has sent a letter past its borders, asking to attend the Heroes Conference of the Five Lakes Alliance. The Five Lakes Alliance, unbelievably, has accepted. Both no doubt have hidden intentions, and Prince Jin wants eyes and ears on the scene. Zhou Zishu can't quite bring himself to deny his own ravenous curiosity enough not to accept.
The stunning beauty that shows up with the girls of the Department of the Unfaithful, the one who introduces himself as Wen Kexing, is universally assumed to be a favorite plaything of the yet unseen Ghost Valley Master. His beauty and charm may be enough to captivate all the others into underestimating him, but Zhou Zishu knows a killer's eyes when he sees one. Wen Kexing is a puzzle he'd like to figure out, and Zishu himself can't say he isn't also captivated by dark eyes and a smile that wouldn't be out of place with blood in its teeth.

When he is escorted to the middle of the room, the cultivators part in front of him, going to their own seats, leaving him there, with two Lan disciples at his sides. Wei Wuxian bows to show his respect to Hanguang-jun, who is seated on the elevated seat that he makes look like a throne.“Approach,” Hanguang-jun says. His voice is firm and authoritative, the voice of a leader, a commander.
Wei Wuxian obeys.
In which Wei Wuxian figures out quickly that he isn't meant to be a hostage, but he doesn't quite know how to deal with the fact that he is being treated like an esteemed guest. He isn't complaining though.

Summary
Lan Wangji has never met a worse supervillain.
He finds this rather remarkable considering that he has, during his tenure as Hanguang-jun, fought quite a large number of villains. Certainly some of them, like Wen Ruohan’s two successors, Wen Xu and Wen Chao, lacked style, as did Su She and Jin Zixun. But what they lacked in style, each and every one of them made up for in sheer villany. Even Wang Lingjiao didn’t hesitate to kick a puppy she saw on the street.
The Yiling Patriarch, on the other hand. Well.
