It’s not Draco’s fault that Potter is seeing things, it’s not.
Draco didn’t ask for Potter to show up fifteen years after they last saw each other, demanding to know why the Spectroculars Draco invented malfunctioned while Potter was painting and cost him an eye.
Scorpius hadn’t asked for that either, though, so when Potter and the rest of Draco’s patients begin seeing mysterious symbols through their prosthetic eyes, and the resulting blow to Draco’s public reputation drags Scorpius’s political campaign through the mud, Draco is determined to fix it.
If that means trudging through a boggy moor in search of a fictional species Luna thinks is causing their problems, Draco will just have to pluck up the courage, march in with a team of Gryffindors, and be ready to battle any beast they meet.
Even if that beast looks less like the large, bipedal talking toads they find and more like the Ministry of Magic as a whole.

Summary
Jiang Cheng suddenly disappears into thin air. And the only clue that points to his direction is a mysterious young woman without her memories and a demonic creature that has coincidentally started to plague the cultivation world at the same time as his disappearance.
As the quest begins, Lan XiChen and co. find many mysteries regarding Jiang Cheng and the creature, as well as the case of his disappearance and how Lan LiYu, and a feline friend, is concerned. The journey makes them question what they know of Jiang Cheng, of what they thought they knew of him. His name, his legacy, his purpose…
And they are forced to rethink. The question is no longer where Jiang Cheng is, but if he still wants to be found. And the answer, in the eyes of a stubborn man, unmoving, makes every difference.

“Zewu-Jun?” he asked, voice hoarse and scratchy in his throat, as if he hadn’t spoken in some time. The other man turned his focus directly on Jiang Cheng then, and he could see lines of worry fade away as he did so, relief bleeding into his expression ever so slightly as Lan Xichen gave him a curt smile. However, the sight of the other Sect Leader did nothing but shoot a layer of alarm through him, and he forced himself to sit up fully. Lan Xichen should still be in seclusion.
An unforeseen event leaves Jiang Cheng reeling, and sends his life crashing back into that of his estranged brother, Wei Wuxian, and his whole motley crew. With more questions than answers, and a web of past events to untangle, things seemingly grow more bizarre by the day- and unfortunately for Jiang Cheng, this time it seems he is in the center of it.
