Summary
Bucky wasn’t exactly sure when he decided he was keeping the cat, but the more he thought about it the more he realized it was hardly a question at all. Despite the white fur littering his apartment and the stench of wet cat fur filling the air, he felt nothing but affection for the animal.

Summary
The Doctor wakes up in a cryogenics chamber after being dead for 1,000 years. Her wife, the late River Song, is dead. Her home is gone. Her old life is a grain of sand on a beach. Now, she is in the year 3025 when she meets security officer Yaz on a mysterious spaceship. As time goes on, lost feelings rise, the dead are mourned, and life is lived. But something is wrong with the ship as it voyages to a dead Earth, someone, or something, does not want them to make it to Earth. Can the Doctor and Yaz find out who is plotting against them? After fighting with Sam over the Valentina issue, Bucky winds up at the Watchtower. It helps — or, a couple of its occupants do, until Bucky manages to help himself.
