Summary
Bucky has been at home with Steve for almost a year now. All things considered, he's adjusted pretty well to his new life. Some days he goes to the movies, meets up with Steve's friends, smiles at strangers, tells jokes... sometimes he even laughs. Every one of these hopeful days, though, is matched by a day of gloomy silence and taciturn withdrawal. Steve knows there are still things that haunt his best friend, even if Bucky doesn't want to admit it. He also knows that Bucky may need more than Steve's friendship and devotion to help him along the road to recovery.
After some little persuasion, Bucky agrees to give the talking cure a chance. But, because trash is forever, his therapist is a scumbag. Specifically, the kind of scumbag who's drawn to Bucky's vulnerability and sexual trauma.

When he's not being raped, beaten, or forced to commit murder, the Winter Soldier has a lot of time alone to dream and wonder what it would be like to not be treated like a piece of trash. He makes up a fantasy friend who would be big and strong and come and rescue him from HYDRA and all the people who hurt him. Then he would take the Soldier home and give him good food and wash him and touch him softly and take him to his nice warm bed and kiss him and hold him close and keep him safe.
Of course when he imagines this friend it's always a blonde blue-eyed handsome man. The Soldier decides to give this imaginary friend a name and the only one that comes to mind is Steve...
He doesn't realize that this person isn't made up - he is a memory.

For this prompt in the Hydra Trash Party:
WS is used as a reward for hydra operatives. Pierce's favorites are treated to alone time in a private room with a Winter Soldier who's been ordered to please and obey.
Rumlow doesn't know what he's in for his first time but he soon gets the idea when WS starts trying to get his pants off. and this isn't the sort of "reward" he signed up for so he orders WS away for the duration they're stuck in the room together.
afterwards Rumlow of course pretends like nothing's amiss - wouldn't want to seem ungrateful to hydra - and as this happens again and again WS goes from being confused to grateful, with him and Rumlow gradually building if not actual trust, a kind of rapport.
until Pierce finds out. and orders one to rape the other while he watches.
