Summary
"Do you trust me?" Dean asks. "Really trust me?"
"Dean what -" Sam's face is a mask of concern, his eyebrows pinched in that way that could go cute or bitchy depending on which way the mood drops. His eyes lock onto Dean's hand, on the object held there. His favorite knife, pearl handled and collapsible, blade small enough for the most precise cuts. "Dean, what are you doing?"
Interconnected one shots that span the course of the series. Each chapter falls within the same timeline but will begin and end on it's own.

Summary
They had told Nile only yesterday that over the years Joe had occasionally had to leave art pieces behind due to their size or sudden departures and that it had become somewhat of a game to go through and see what historians made of their discovery.
“Nicky is naked in a lot of them,” Booker had deadpanned, falsely assuming that would qualify as a deterrent.

Summary
Initially the idea had seemed fun, a nice little way to build the anticipation between the two of them while Chris was away. It had been the eve of his flight out for the latest round of press and Chris had turned to him, both of them still breathing hard and sweating through the sheets, to say “What if I asked you not to come again until I got back?” His eyes had gone a little dark at the thought, locking in on Sebastian’s wet parted lips. “No. What if I TOLD you not to?”

“How’s this?” Chris asked, rocking his pelvis a little. “Huh? Wanna give me any lip? Where’s that snark, Seb, huh? Lemme hear it.” Another rock of his hips, this one rough around the edges.

Summary
Ellis made an amused noise, drawing Robby's attention. "You know, Dana's enlisted everyone in finding a kinship foster."
"Don't look at me," Robby said instantly, just like he'd said to Dana, an actual jolt of horror pitching his gut at the idea.
Ellis went entirely innocent. "What I'm seeing is you looking mighty comfortable over there. And you got nothing but time."

Summary
“Let me tell you something,” Robby says into the sink, clinical and eerily calm, “My life was a lot easier before you showed up, talking to me like you have a fucking clue about anything.”
Jack huffs, not in humour, but something of instinct, loud enough that Robby releases his grip from the edge and turns back to glare at him.
“Is that right?” Jack asks, eyes flicking across Robby’s face. His cheeks are flushed with rage, and his nostrils are flaring uncontrollably through each aggressive breath.
Or: Robby is an unstoppable force. Jack is an immovable object.

Esther looked at him steadily for a long moment, and then took her glasses off. "And you think this isn't a therapy question, Michael?"
(After the Fourth of July, Robby grapples with making a new path forward, with Jack at his side.)

Summary
“I didn’t say I minded, uh, sharing a bed with you.” Robby scratches at his beard and tries not to look at Jack. It’s hard because Jack isn’t even looking at the road; he’s smiling sideways at him.
“Don’t worry. I don’t kick.”
“I think the phrase is ‘I don’t bite’.”
Jack’s grin widens.
“That’s the problem. I do bite.”
Robby fears his recovery is going to feel very long.
