He was happy, and his only regret came back to him every night in the form of a repetitive dream that he learnt to live with.
But one day, it wasn't a dream anymore, and Harry found himself back at Hogwarts. His wish had somehow came true, and Harry didn't really know if it was real or not.

He'll grow to love dragons, and maybe grow to love more than that.

And yet, despite this, he never had problems with the amount of space they took up in his mind and soul. He went above and beyond to ensure he wasn’t a bother, always the human stool so everyone could stand tall above him. Because that’s what was expected of a quirkless loser. The world expects obedience, to fall in line.
For as long as he could he did just that, he would behave, never ask for more than what he had, never talk back to the gifted. And yet, eventually, that just wasn’t enough, for him or the world. Maybe it was emotional buildup, or perhaps a step too far. But it’s safe to say that no one could have ever predicted the end of Izuku Midoriya, and the birth of a monster.Bookmarked by ShadowDragon2

Izuku has always been a timid boy, always been jumpy, always been an observer, always been the compassionate hand on someone’s aching shoulder.
Always the late bloomer too, emphasis on the bloomer.
Spider lilies were his childhood, the reminder of the hate that he was born surrounded by always there to kick him even when he was already down. In fact, Izuku has gotten so many of these cruel flowers that he practically became one himself, limp in the wind with a downer undertone; so, the kid adapted.
He has collected a fair share of bloomers, spider lilies and human lilies; petals who were just like him.
They knew the real him, the loud and brash and free him, the him that people at UA will never understand…at least that's what he thinks.

At UA he’s a sweet student who goes plus ultra at every chance he gets, lifting his classmates up with every breathe. He laughs kindly and waves off worried glances with ease, a smile that never really reaches his eyes never leaves his face.But, deep underground, in the knooks and crannies of japan with all the other quirkless, at the lilly lagoon? A burning star arises.

Hawks frowns, realizing he's just set up a question he actually has to answer. Dabi will find out anyway, won't he? If there's one thing Hawks has learned, it's that Dabi has his ways. Hawks can never hide anything from him, no matter how hard he tries, a fact that will someday spell his undoing –– but there's no way around it now.
Willing his fight-or-flight instinct into silence, Hawks reminds his sharpened feathers he's not here for either. It'll be fine. The worst part of removing a bandaid is the dread before you rip it off. Right?
