Something felt not right. The beast’s breathing had only grown more heavy with Theseus standing before him; every inch of those muscles had drawn tense, and his ears were pricked with what Theseus could only assume to be animalistic interest. There was an electricity between them and it only mounted in the silence. This was how heroes felt before their trials, Theseus was certain. The anticipation, so palpable, and the line that drew him to his opponent, like there was nothing else in the universe but them. Excitement leapt in his chest as the minotaur’s hesitation must have caved to some other desire, for the beast shifted, his powerful limbs pulling him into a stand. But as he did so, his legs parted, revealing what he had been so fervently hunched over.
Theseus nearly dropped his sword.
(Theseus embarks on his noble quest to slay the monster of the labyrinth, but instead finds that the minotaur is in rut.)

If Theseus were to identify the reason for his current predicament, he would name the blackguard. If it were up to Asterius, Theseus own practice of speaking before considering the implications. Regardless, it was not actually up for debate right now. Mostly, because Theseus was having trouble forming even a single coherent thought and Asterius was left to clean up after him. Or in this case, make an even greater mess of his king.
Or: Theseus is put into a compromised and needy state by Aphrodite and Asterius is there to help him out.

So he had jumped. Hoping that she would come if he was injured. Nothing too bad, just enough for her to come. But it had been too high. And now he was flying in a helicopter to the nearest hospital, scared for his life, and so very scared to end up in Hell.
Unbeknownst to him, he was about to meet Dr. Robby. A tall man with hands that could heal. And perhaps, with his husband Jack, they could show him another path to life, one much kinder, one that showed Dennis what unconditional love was.
The fingers on Dennis’ head were now gently brushing his misbehaving hair, and the hand on his own hand had been joined by another one, encasing it on both sides.
