Hisashi Kuraii is an underground hero in America, he has a dragon quirk.
Turns out Izuku does as well.
A quirk suppressant overdose causes something to awaken within Izuku, it also causes a previously out-of-the-loop father to meet his son for the first time in fifteen years.

Summary
Aizawa Shouta is thoroughly done. Why do there have to be so many problem children and why does he end up adopting every single one. He would do anything to protect his kids, and if that means (sometimes illegally) raising every one of them himself then so be it.
