Summary
Gotham was literally cursed but no one believed Bruce. He took it upon himself to fix it and after decades of searching, that solution came to him in the form of a little blue vial. Bruce was to take the curse within himself to temper it into something manageable.
He thinks the others would call him stupid and stop him if they knew about this, but (un)fortunately for Bruce, his family hasn't spoken to him for forever. There was no one here to stop him.
He downed the liquid and woke up as his nine-year-old self.
Ch3 Excerpt:
“Mother, do you remember those funny clouds above people’s heads I told you about? Well, I’m doing something about them but the process is very lonely. Or not. I think it’s just me. I’m the problem. I can’t seem to get people to like me enough to stay. I know–-… I’m aware that it’s due to my own shortcomings but sometimes, it feels like even the worst monsters have people that love them and yet I have no one.”
Bruce let out a humourless chuckle and rested his forehead on his knees.
“I just wish there was someone that cared about me.”

It was Duke that disappeared first. For a moment, they had all mistaken that bright light for Duke's powers going haywire in his excitement, but then the light took Damian, and Cass, then Steph. And it took Tim, and Jason, and Dick too.

Bruce was…small. His tailored suit draped over his diminished stature like a blanket and made him look so terribly tiny and fragile, like the slightest wind could blow him over.
For a moment, Tim stood stockstill, unsure what to do because his father - his larger than life father - had turned into a child.
Bruce is de-aged back to the night his parents were shot. He doesn't remember the Bats but he knows they're family. Bonding ensues.

Bruce didn’t want to die.
But he could think of no death more beautiful for a dying father.
To have achieved it in protecting his son, cradled in the arms of a boy once too small to wrap his arms around his waist.
It pained him to leave his son so early, so abruptly, but if it had to happen, Bruce couldn’t think of a more worthwhile death.
“I love you.”
Bruce keeps dying. He does not know that he's already died multiple times today but his children do. And they're going to save him.
(Groundhog Day fic told entirely from the perspective of someone who doesn't remember the loop.)

Summary
Batman's PR is at an all-time low due to a sudden onslaught of negative posts centred around him. People are clamouring for his removal from the Justice League. Batman doesn't care about the comments but Gotham is indignant on their knight's behalf. The JL comes to his defence and speaks on his behalf with their whole chest. The internet decided that Batman must have bewitched the JL and cancel him even more. Batman still does not care.
An unknown someone posts three photos of Batman. They are the first clear photos of the vigilante that the world has ever seen. Suddenly, public opinion has been reversed and the only word on everyone's collective mind is: DADDY

Tim raised the black cat in his arms up like that one scene in Lion King and announced, "Behold, Bruce the cat."
“Did you name a cat after Father, Drake?”
Tim looked down at the cat in Damian’s arms and then at his cat, Bruce the cat. They looked remarkably alike, though Alfred the cat had a white belly and Bruce the cat didn’t.
“This is Alfred,” Damian introduced.
“Meow,” Bruce the cat said with what sounded like shock. It tried to wriggle closer to Alfred the cat but Tim stopped it by hugging it closer to his chest.
“Is that Alfred or did you name a cat after Alfred?” Tim asked cautiously.
Damian scrunched up his nose. “Why would this be Pennyworth?”
Tim exhaled in relief. “Okay, I wasn’t sure because anything could happen these days. And to answer your question: No, I did not name the cat after Bruce, though it’s kind of cute that you named yours after Alfred. This is Bruce. He’s alive! Hooray!”

Bruce is reunited with a few more of his children.

Bruce is sick and miserable with the flu and making it everyone else’s problem. Bruce is a man who walks off stab wounds without even a wince, runs headfirst into fights sporting a concussion, flips you off with his broken arm just to spite you. You would think the struggle is to keep him in bed.
Bruce: *sniffles once* I am withering away as I lie here on my deathbed. Send my condolences to my loved ones for I am not long for this world. Death would be preferable to the infernal flame roasting my throat as I take in poisonous breath after poisonous breath.

Green Lantern grinned like a Cheshire cat. “You know the debates online about the most attractive league member? Wonder Woman was hand sculpted by the gods themselves and even she concedes to Batman’s adonis charms.”
In light of the Green Lantern's recent comment, people have taken to the internet to express their opinions on our resident Bat. Some have taken extreme measures (cough, by getting arrested) and others catcall him from the street as he swings from roof to roof. All Bruce wants is for it all to stop and for people to start fearing him again instead of this!
