Summary
Shigiaraki was more successful at the USJ than he knows. All Might is dying. Aizawa learns a secret. Midoriya has to grieve for a death no one around him has even known has happened. All might must find another successor. One he never thought he would need.
"Aizawa-san... Can you mentor young Midoriya in my place?”
Shouta doesn’t know what he was expecting the man to say but somehow it wasn’t that. He understands that All Might is very close to Midoriya, that their quirks are similar, and that the boy definitely needs more training. He even understands that All Might maybe feels fond of the boy. What he doesn’t understand is why the boy would need a mentor outside of the mentoring Shouta naturally provides to all students in the course of being their homeroom teacher for the next three years.
“There is… much I’ve had young Midoriya keep from you, from everyone. If there is one thing I’ve learned is that he should not do this alone as I have.”

“Why are you telling me this?” Shōta asks calmly, confused.
There’s a beat of silence over the phone.
“You’re your son’s next of kin,” the social worker says slowly, almost accusingly, “you are the listed father on the boy’s birth certificate and since Midoriya Inko is no longer around to care for her child, sole guardianship is appointed to you as next of kin.”

Summary
Down to the remaining eleven rebels in the country of Japan, all seems lost. The ultimate win of the League is on the horizon, the country is in shambles, and the last heroes are slowly being picked off one by one, the years long war is almost over. Then Deku, leader of the last rebel faction, is given the chance to start over. A civilian with a time travel quirk has offered his services, and it is an opportunity that none of them can refuse. The chance to save their friends and families and loved ones is a chance that's worth the risks and the expectations. Even if it means having to disappear when in the past, these last heroes will do whatever it takes, with Deku leading the charge.
Starting over from square one shouldn't be too difficult, despite the laundry list of actions to be taken.

“What’s going on!?” Hizashi is yelling, and Izuku answers hysterically.
“Silence is trying to kill us!”
“I am not, don’t be such a baby!”
“Who taught you how to drive!?”
“Dad did!”

“I don’t know about Secret, but I know he’s alive because word of Eraser’s disappearance may have spread through the underground, but no word has spread of his death. With a hero like that, the moment Eraser takes his last breath, the criminal underworld would collectively rejoice. Just the fact that no one has seen neither hide nor hair, but no news of a death to go with it, has criminals nervous.”
Nezu looks very mildly pleased, tinged with sorrow, by the news. “Why’s that?”
Hitoshi kind of just stares at Pops for a moment. Then, “Do you even know who you married, Mic?”
“Oh honey.” Hitoshi says, in the same way Dad used to with Eri when she was still trying to figure out what normal means. “Eraserhead is not the king of the underground for no reason. If All Might makes the flashy, everyday, run of the mill villains cower in fear, Eraser makes the entirety of the intelligent criminal underground hit their knees and pray for mercy. Eraserhead may be mainly stationed in Shizuoka these days, but just the whisper of his name instills fear. And with him missing, but not dead?”
“Criminals think he’s gone rogue, don’t they?” Nezu asks. His little snout twitches, and there’s a curiosity in his beady little eyes that makes his nerves fry a little.
“Indeed. And do you know what happens, when an underground hero goes rogue, but not villainous?” Hitoshi asks. “Criminals start cropping up dead, instead of tied up and turned in. They think Eraserhead has shed his hero mantle to don the mantle of an assassin.”
“But that’s ridiculous, Shouta would never kill on purpose like that.” Pops says, looking nervous. Hitoshi merely stares at him blandly. Dad has killed far more than anyone could keep count of.
“Everyone has their breaking point Yamada. Even a beast of a hero like Eraser.” Dad’s first breaking point was Nezu, the first real casualty of the war. There were casualties beforehand, yes, but those weren’t really in war. When Hawks turned coat and killed Nezu, his Commission handler and a few other high profile heroes and politicians in one fell swoop, Dad hit his breaking point.
It was a silent agreement among every hero, rebel and civilian who knew of Eraserhead before the war, that the day Dad made his first kill- the bright red wings of Hawks ripped off and his throat slit so deep he was nearly beheaded- was the day the war truly began. If logical, compassionate, level headed Eraserhead was willing to kill, then the rest of them had to shape up and be ready to kill right alongside him, or die in their efforts to stay above the law of a defeated government.
“Do you think Eraserhead went rogue?” Nezu asks when the silence drags on too long.
“I think,” Hitoshi answers slowly. “That worst comes to worst, Aizawa Shouta would be willing to do whatever it takes, even at the expense of himself.”
Nezu was killed, and so Dad killed the killer in revenge. Pops was killed, and Dad went on a rampage, but he only killed Nomu. Lost his leg in the process. Aoyama was killed, and Dad broke his own mind so he could teach his kids how to kill right back.

Hitoshi snorts. “That would have been while I was driving us to UA.” He says. Shouta nods absently. It would make sense, he was the one who taught Hitoshi how to drive, and Hizashi used to hate being in a car with Shouta behind the wheel.

Nezu chirps, but his smile is still showing off the tips of his canines, so Shouta won’t let his guard down. He respects Nezu, would and has killed for the rat, but he is still Nezu. And a smiling Nezu is a dangerous Nezu.
And Nezu is always smiling.

Nezu, looks absolutely lost. “I don’t know. I just want my human back.”
“You care very much for Shouta, do you not?”
“I do,” Nezu answers.

Shouta looks up at Nezu and sees the, admittedly well hidden, fear building in the Rat’s eyes. It makes him shiver in discomfort. “Izuku, dial it back. You know it makes me uncomfortable when the Rat starts feeling genuine fear.”

Summary
To be fair...Midoriya really only wanted to help people.
All it took was an international support company, a large interest in the medical field, some friends, more than a few court cases thrown his way and an interesting reporter for him to realize that maybe being a pro-hero wasn't the only way to help out others.

Summary
Izuku is left on a rooftop after All Might crushed his dream. This far we all know the story. However, instead of just taking the stairs down, Izuku really consideres to jump and finally lets fate decide wheter he should do it or not. And fate sends him one very tired and one very loud dad with a lot of cool and rather petty friends right by their side to bring Izuku at least a little bit of justice.
