Nami had never thought about their cook that way, had written him off completely, but seeing his hand at the girls waist, gently pinning her against the wall his other hand gently toying with the hem of her dress, it changed something in her brain. She didn't stay to see if his hands went any further.

This amazing fic by Mere_Mortifer gave me the most intense Sanami brainworms and here I am almost 15k words later. This fic is essentially the og fic with each scene written from the opposite POV. I don't think you need to have read the original to understand this one, but I highly recommend it anyways, because it is awesome
Re:Actual Summary- Sanji has a lot of love to give and lots of ladies are happy to receive it. Of course if Nami wanted him back he wouldn't hesitate to focus all that on her. Nami is....trying to figure out why so many women are enamored with Sanji. She'll get there, eventually.

The light out there is dim, only flashes of it cutting through the night when the shadows of the pub’s patronage move in and out of the backdoor. Each brief glimpse Nami gets of Sanji is enough to show the expression painted on his face morph from shock, to confusion, to sheer mortification as Sanji processes what she just asked. Cheeks so red she thinks he might pass out, Sanji squeezes his eyes shut, lips trembling. “Nami-san,” he whispers, “why…? I—a gentleman doesn’t kiss and tell—”
Sanji is already a great guy. It's not a stretch to think he could also be a great lover...if only someone was willing to teach him. Who knows, he might even find enough success with the ladies to dial back on showering Nami with all that earnest, eager, devastating affection.
If Nami is also trying to scratch a certain itch by offering Sanji her expertise, no-one has to know but herself.

Robin finally drags her eyes away from Sanji, who is unknowingly offering them quite the view of his backside squeezed in his tailored pants. “I'm saying, why haven't you?”It’s like a lighting bolt shot directly through her spine. “W-well,” Nami chokes out, sweating cold under Robin’s gentle but unwavering gaze. “Because he's Sanji! We're crewmates!”
All she gets in response from Robin is a shrug, and Nami feels even more flustered in the face of her total nonchalance. “So?”A version of events where Sanji has enough game to pull a woman on every island they visit, and Nami watches from the sidelines as it becomes increasingly difficult to say no to a man everyone else is saying yes to—a man who would prefer her above anyone else.

Basically, they're both idiots. They're both pining. If you're looking for plot twists, this is going to disappoint. Mind the kinks.
