Bakugou Katsuki and Midoriya Izuku haven't seen each other in five years. But when their friends suddenly bring them together and they finally meet again, it's like no time has passed at all.
AKA Katsuki and Izuku see each other again after a long time and immediately start acting like the crazy best friends they are, the Baku and Deku squads are very, very confused.

No such thing as quirkless in the modern day. They only look quirkless in comparison. Compare modern day quirkless with quirkless before quirks, they would seem powered. Most probably, the quirkless of modern day has developed durability to survive a quirky world. They would die or get harmed too easily otherwise. The new base humans have a quirk of endurance or something to the like. It is just not visible or obvious cause it's not that strong. They're probably stronger too, have greater reflexes and/or greater intellect which mean nothing really when compared to quirked people.
