It's been two years since the final showdown against Knives, two years since the Earth Federation had finally stopped chasing after Vash. Two years since the death of Wolfwood, the man who held Vash's hearts in his hands and had dropped it along with a bottle of Bride on a dirty couch. Although struggling to move on pass the grief and loss of Wolfwood and Knives, Meryl got in touch with him to tell him of a new bounty hunter on the loose. Not in a million years could he have predicted how meeting the enigmatic owner with his mysterious past and pretty blue eyes would turn his entire world upside down in more ways than one.
