Summary
When they were little, and too small for words- the ice giants had communicated with each other through sound.
Clicks and purrs they hadn't even realized they were making until each had been lifted into the warm and loving gaze of the Sun- who'd spoken in words they didn't even know they were capable of speaking until they heard his voice, caring and soft as he whispered their names like a prayer, admiring ones pretty wings and stroking the other's fins and tail.
It didn't take long to notice that back then, when there were no moons, no rocky planets, no dwarf planets and only four giants, they were the only ones capable of producing such sounds.
One stopped making them because he felt embarrassed by his differences.
The other stopped because he forgot he could.

After the moons returned hurt from their battle against Planet X, Uranus started an old habit he couldn't even remember doing in hopes of healing his moons... and his dear cousin, after worrying about him too.

Summary
Puritan Alfred was very concerned for his dear woodsman friend Mr. Arthur Kirkland. What with all of these witches being rounded up someone had to tell him of the dangers. Some already see these supposed accused witches as folly, but when Alfred understands that there had really been a witch, the demons summoned by such black magic are instantly attracted to him. And this Puritan was thriving with a very pure heart. What are demons do to but taint the light?

Inspired by the Tumblr post "I overheard you yelling loudly over the phone in Russian and I have no idea what you just said but damn I'm sort of aroused." Alfred's apartment complex is usually quiet, but his upstairs neighbor seemed to be having quite the telephone call that ends with a massive Russian man at Alfred's door.
