Summary
Gaz felt breathless, “join us?”
Soap looked a little shocked. Ghost turned back into Gaz and placed another kiss on his marred neck.
“Come on Johnny.”
Ghost pushed his thigh harder against Gaz, making him involuntarily moan.
“Fuck.”

Summary
He didn’t know when it started exactly. The gross ugly feeling of this. This was a feeling he hadn’t felt since long before his name ‘Ghost.’ So long ago, it had to have been god damn grade school, when he was just a kid fighting to not share his things. And he couldn’t tell why.
No scratch that. He knew exactly why.
It was all over his bloody sergeant, Soap.

Summary
You didn’t expect me to be someone you cared about. Damian finishes the thought for him, teeth gritting behind his closed lips. His skin is prickling with the pressure of being seen, recognized. It’s not what he wanted. It’s not what he asked for. And yet—when Grayson’s hand brushes his elbow again, steadying him gently as they walk down the fire escape, Damian doesn’t pull away. His instincts are screaming at him to shake the touch off. That’s just sympathy. Just pity.
It doesn’t mean anything.
He is just a civilian, Damian reminds himself harshly, over and over like a mantra. He does not matter. His affection does not matter. But the words lose their sharpness the longer Grayson looks at him like that—like Damian is someone, not something broken or dangerous. Not just another shadow in the night.
Or,
Damian al Ghul is sent to Gotham with a mission: earn the right to stand beside the Batman. He will not grovel for a place at his father's side like some desperate orphan—he will prove he belongs there. But, Officer Grayson refuses to let the wounded boy he keeps running into disappear into the dark.

Summary
“—told the attendees that Wayne’s donation would be used to increase opportunity for those in foster care.”
Jason laughed.
“Isn’t that a good thing?” Tim asked.
“We’ll never see a dime.”
Dick Grayson and his foster brothers have fallen through the cracks. Living with a parent only interested in the checks, Dick’s taken on the responsibility of making sure his little family stays fed and together, no matter what.
But when the sun goes down, he dawns the domino mask of Robin. While Batman plays hero with the city's kingpins, he helps the little guy.-
Bruce Wayne’s newest philanthropy project is focused on children's services. But handing over check after check doesn’t seem to give him the feeling that he’s doing anything.
At least there's Batman. But it’s lonely work, living by the moonlight.
At least it is until he meets Robin.
The vigilante is like a breath of fresh air. Eager, friendly, and surprisingly good company, even for a patented loner.
As their interactions on the street grow, Bruce’s walls begin to crumble. But once he starts asking questions, he can’t stop, and he can’t take personal stake in the affairs of Batman.

Summary
Yes, Damian's family were idiots. Anyone worth their salt knew that Richard was an excellent liar and an incorrigible conman. They would also know that you didn’t just ask Richard if he was okay. The emotionally stunted imbecile would never tell the truth.
When a storm blows in on Christmas Eve, Damian is the only one to see the tightness in Dick's smile. As the family grows merrier on Christmas cheer (and Alfred's lethal eggnog), Dick only grows more distant. But Damian knows what to do...

Summary
Damian found himself once more standing in the stillness of Wayne manor. His phone was equally still, just as silent, entirely bereft of activity. He contemplates it, contemplates just walking out the house without it, contemplates calling for Jon and asking Superboy to take him out of this city.
Then he realises he is being dramatic, because it is fine, and he is fine.
…
Sometimes casual cruelty hurts worse than any other kind. Damian learns this the hard way. He is not fine.
