Summary
When you actually manage to focus on his face, he’s adjusting his glasses, a flush melting over his cheeks, spreading red up his ears. You linger over the dimples at the smiling corners of his mouth, the freckle by his eye, the tiny scars along his jaw. He’s cleaned the lenses of his glasses, you notice, and his eyes seem so bright through them.
His eyes don’t meet yours when you look at them, though. They’re below your eye level. They’re looking— right at you, burning over your body everywhere, moving from your throat down over your chest, your waist, your hips, your thighs, down and back up. You can’t stop yourself from blushing, too.
“Jesus, Adrian, put your eyes back in, you’re being a creep,” Chris says, and you snap back into yourself.

Adrian’s never considered that normal people could feel about others the way he feels about Chris. He thought that was a personal flaw, not a human condition. With Amber in the mix and in their bed, Adrian’s able to make sense of it all.
Adrian doesn’t blink, just licks his lips, no idea if he’s playing it cool or not. He tries to give a shrug so Chris’ll give in, as much as Adrian can even shrug with Amber’s sweaty back pinning him to the mattress. What do you say? Adrian hopes Chris can read his eyes, his face, his mind. It’s not gay if we’re both fucking a chick, right?
Amber must be telepathic or maybe just impatient. “Kiss him.” She grabs Chris’ forearm, digs in her acrylic nails and half-threatens, half-laughs, “Kiss him, you pussy.”
Chris is good at nothing if not taking orders.
