Summary
Lord Aurelian Beaumont of the Court of Sight in Faerie is desperate for this political strategy to work. The war in the Court of Dreams between the grounded Court of Sight and the ethereal Court of Stars had been going on so long that no one really remembered how it had started, and Fae live a LONG TIME.
The political strategy in question…an arranged marriage with the arrogant and frustratingly charming Prince Arcturus Vulpecula of the Court of Stars. Unfortunately, Arcturus seems to hate Aurelian for no reason.
Prince Arcturus Vulpecula would rather any other option than to marry Aurelian. With their parents gone, Arcturus occupies the highest position of authority in the Court of Stars, and the walls are closing in around them.
Plus, it doesn’t help that Aurelian keeps bringing up memories of someone from their past.
When the two Fae royalty are bound together in a magic promise of marriage, they must face their biggest challenges yet: each other.
Aurelian is desperate to prove themself to their parents, and Arcturus is desperate to secure a position for themself. They must find a way to get along even though they seem perfectly suited to push each other to their breaking points.

Summary

In June 2022, Roy sits down with Dr Sharon for the first time, wondering if maybe he should come clean, after all this time, filling her in on all the ups and downs and everything in between over the years of these two tiptoeing around each other with secrets all over the place and feelings all blatant and up in each others faces.
So Roy is going to start, at the beginning and then he’ll meander all over the place, including to the bogs of G-A-Y, to Bake Off, to sitting side by side in the front of Jamie’s car because Roy doesn’t know how to use words when facing someone. He even puts his seatbelt on, just in case.
