It was supposed to be a one-time thing. They hadn’t discussed it, but it was implied in the way House refused to make eye-contact with him or speak to him as he left, and in how by rule he continued to pretend like nothing had happened when he saw him at work the next day.
But then, Wilson went out on a date. His first date after being served divorce papers for the third time and after sleeping with House. He’d sat through the evening, making the right jokes, saying the right things, bringing out the genuinely pompous gentleman in him, yet the night had ended with him first on House’s doorstep and then in his bed, all rules broken.
