"She jolts to her feet, her big dark eyes lighting up at the sight of him standing there, nearly launching her body over the table to get to him. He stiffens up in surprise, shocked by her blatant excitement to see him. He is not quite sure what he is expecting, but it isn’t Pieck tripping over her long skirt. Her eyes go wide, white around the edges, her dainty hands shooting out in front of her to break her fall."
