It had started off innocently.
At first Cas would ask Dean or Sam a random and weird question whenever it occurred to him.
When Cas and Dean started sharing a room he'd wait until they where alone to ask Dean.
It didn't escape Cas' attention that his questions started to annoy Dean. Cas began purposefully annoying Dean for his own personal amusement.

Tommy was awoken by the toe of a boot ramming into his side. Not hard, but not soft either, just enough to leave a light bruise. He cracked his eyes open disoriented, staring at his attacker with a half-lidded gaze. “C’mon, get up mate.” A man stepped into his blurry vision, familiar emerald green and cropped blonde ponytail. He closed his eyes, a soft kick followed his action.
He heard the Phil sigh and the crunching of snow under boots before he was being lifted in the air and pressed to someone’s chest.
“Don’t want you dying on me.”
