Summary
Chargebolt is widely considered the first "true" hero of Quirked society — with a Quirk uncharacteristically strong for the Dawn of Quirks, he showed that the Quirked can do a whole lot of good if given the chance. A shame he sacrificed his life before he could see hero society blossom.
Also known as, Kaminari Denki falls into a dumpster and creates a whole lot of paperwork for Detective Tsukauchi Naomasa, along with causing him quite a few headaches and mental breakdowns. Nobody said finding out that the arguably most important figure in Quirked history is a traumatized teenager would be easy.

“Ingary’s maddest Hatter! Dear Sophie, what have you done to yourself? You’ve been turned into a hag!”
“And you’ve turned into a dandy,” Sophie retorted, looking him up and down. She could not tell if he was dressed for day or night, only that his clothes were all silk and trailing edges and made to be looked at. His beautiful coat hung carelessly off his shoulders, the cut of his hair was feathery and artful, and his eyes were not as she remembered. Her heart twinged. It had been a long time.

Beautiful boys don’t just come up to her. Sophie doesn’t joke around like this. She doesn’t smile like this. She doesn’t call pretty boys “pretty boy” to their face. She wants to be mortified – part of her is. But another part of her—a secret, buried, tired–part of her is thrilled and says 'fuck it; I’m not afraid'.
Why shouldn’t she be? Even if not forever, why not just for tonight? She’s drunk, and it’s Halloween–which is basically national be-someone-you’re-not night—and feels beautiful, if not a little sweaty and cold! She steels herself, then turns back to the handsome stranger beside her, still working on his cigarette, still watching her, self-assured and amused.
Or: During a series of parties during their senior year of college, Sophie and Howl get to know each other, in three parts.

These few remaining Saints, of course, generally found themselves more than busy in combating threats to the Emperor in the furthest reaches of space, ripping great, nourishing blooms of thanergy wherever they went. They interacted with the Houses primarily through the Cohort and sporadic collaboration with the Order of the White Glass. Their few visits to the worlds they had constructed were rare, treasured occasions met with significant festivity. The subjects residing on their Houses met them with adoration rivalled only by their love for the Emperor.
Roughly one-half, at minimum, of the entire House of the Eighth’s adoration for its Lyctor, the Saint of Joy, emanated from its Master Templar, Silas Octakiseron.
Silas has admired the founding Lyctor of his House since childhood. At Canaan House, he has a dream.

Written for this very excellent prompt (which did not deserve what I did with it):
Protesilaus Ebdoma is named for the greek hero Protesilaus of Phylace who was the first to die in the trojan war. Dulcie calls his wife Mia, which is almost certainly short for Laodamia after the classical Protesilaus' wife. This has poor implications for her prospects - Laodamia of Phylace did not handle her husband's death well.
As Protesilaus and Laodamia were newlyweds, his spirit was allowed to return to her for three hours before leaving for the underworld. Afterwards, she was so wracked by grief that she created his likeness in bronze and devoted herself to it as though it were her real husband. Her father eventually attempted to destroy the statue but she threw herself on the pyre and perished in the flames. This is all extremely fucking seventh.
Poor Mia is about to receive news of Pro's death alongside his perfectly preserved head which is honestly quite a bit better than a bronze statue. Grave lust is the classical vice in the nine houses, who could blame her for indulging a bit.
