And, when he finally hits his breaking point, he runs.
But he's back, now.
So why doesn't he feel like he's back home?

Trying to tell your friends (brothers) the truth is hard. He's done it before, multiple times (usually not on his terms), and it usually gets them all killed.
But now they know he's keeping secrets, Kai knows that he has to tell them. Without a time loop as a fail-safe.
He has to do it now, when nothing is changing.

Summary
i write 30 fics in an equal number of days because i hate myself and want to suffer apparently
edit on 11/30: its finished. i successfully wrote 30 fics in 30 days and didn't die. some of them werent my best writing, and some of them were rather concerning reflections of my mental state, but i had a lot of fun and it was a learning experience. thanks i love it
