Summary
Draxum needs a war machine, not a daughter. He can't afford to get attached to her, no matter how much care or how much time he spends on her. Not after his first four creations were taken by Lou Jitsu.
He will have to send her out on missions as a child, make her fight to destroy humanity and claim it for Yōkai. Make the world one where she can freely go out and feel the sun on her skin, pick surface flowers and feel the real rain. Watch the stars twinkle and the planets go around.
But her body wasn't made for war, it was made to die.

Summary
Splinters sons have always been.... odd.
It's always something out of the usual happening with them. Purple learning to read with no instruction two years before Splinter would even think of teaching him. Blue having the verbal skills to manipulate Splinter by accident at just four years old.
Orange being flexible and agile enough to squeeze into little spots and then jump halfway to the ceiling as a toddler. Red breaking things far beyond what a toddler should be able to do just to get to his brothers again.
But these are mutants we are talking about, and children. Surely this must be normal.

Those the first words out of Donatello's mouth as he walks into the living room.
He keeps the power running. He repairs the shellraiser after every single mission that it gets fucked in. He mends broken weapons and bones as the team's blacksmith and medic. He has the same patrol and training schedule as his brothers. And no one appreciates anything that he does unless it's a novelty.
Leo breaking the Shellraiser by doing donuts in the ice for FUN was the last straw.

Summary
There's a lot of mysteries surrounding Leo's life, and while he still lacked answers for some of them he gave up on pursuing them a while ago.
At least until a night out with his best friend April results in a rescue mission into the Hidden City. And upon stumbling into the lab where he and his father were mutated, he discovers he apparently has three siblings when his father only ever mentioned one.
Now motivated by this discovery–and some incredible magic weapons–Leo and April are determined to track these siblings down and reconnect with them.
Unfortunately, they're all pretty comfy staying where they are, and where they are is on the side of the guys who basically want to destroy the world.
And Leonardo may have to decide if he wants to save his siblings, or save the world.
