Heaven stages the trial of the demon Crowley and sentences him to death by holy water.
Aziraphale comes to his rescue, smites an angel and takes him to safety.
But when he's tending to Crowley's injuries, he realises Crowley hadn't fought back.“If they wanted me dead before – who-ee, it’s much worse now.”
“I’ll burn Heaven to the ground before I let that happen,” Aziraphale says very casually.
And usually that would delight Crowley, getting the angel to say anything against Heaven. But not this time.
“Would be an awful shame, angel – sorry, Supreme Archangel – if you went through all that trouble just for me to go and get myself destroyed.” -

Summary
Jon coughed again, and blood stained his lips and blood stained Martin’s hands where they pressed against Jon’s back and blood stained the floor beneath them and help, they needed help.
Martin doesn’t remember shouting. He barely remembers the faces that had surrounded them, wide-eyed and terrified, all utterly unfamiliar.
