"Gorgug's already on his knees by the time he's able to comprehend any feelings other than pain, pain, pain, one hand still clutching the gem he had thrusted into his chest, the other splayed on the driveway of Mordred Mannor. He coils into himself, agonized shouts torn out of his throat unwanted.
Any attempt to catch his breath, settle his heartrate, even just calm down is met with another stab of pain. It's Bakur, trying his damnest to escape Gorgug after just being freed from Lydia, attacking any inkling of a weakness.
This internal conflict of rage, of worry, of not being able to calm down, quickly spirals into panic. Before he knows it, his forehead is resting on the ground. His chest burns, burns, burns- his heartrate is too fast, his hand is sticky with blood, his blood, Lydia's blood. It's all wrong.
All wrong."
Gorgug manages to trap Bakur in his own chest after he escapes Lydia... and has a hard time dealing with the consequences. Luckily, he has a large amount of people willing to help.

Theobald stared at the display the cotton candy monk was putting on, honestly impressed. He looked to Lapin, who had turned in his hold. "If he is not another ex, how do you know him," Theobald asked. "Because I briefly saw him when meeting Lazuli."
Lapin actually stammered, looking away, blushing…! What was happening!? "He uhm… we are… long distance, so to speak…?"
"Wait he is your current lover…?!"
"Theo, I swear if you do not make this jump I will strangle you! Now go so I can thunderstep off this boat!" Theo did, but barely, avoiding falling into the milk sea.~~~~
The cotton candy man turned to him in a moment of respite. “I like your sword.” Despite the chaos going on, he had an easy smile on his face, head tilted as he watched Theobald knock another stinking cheese into the ocean below.
“I like your whole vibe,” he called out, and surprised himself with how honest it was.Well... Theobald was in trouble...

“No, like—” Ren waved his hands around, trying to find the right words. “Sometimes his Comm confuses him, so I help him pull up cartoons. And if he’s ever, like, freaked out, I help however I can, because it’s hard to regulate emotions when you’re a kid. And I make him angel milk because he knows better than to try and use the furnace while regressed. And sometimes he just wants silent company or someone to play with. Things like that.”
Bdubs abruptly put his hands on Ren’s shoulders, pulling him down to meet his eye level. “Ren. I need you to be so for real right now. Are you joking with me?”
“What? No?”
Bdubs released him and stepped back. “Idiots,” he declared. “I am on a server full of idiots."

“Actually, most of us were eating raw chicken, beef was the harder jump. you and I wouldn't bat an eye at a 1 block vertical jump now, but making that jump when you're so malnourished you can't sprint? it was better to take the safer option for your only meal for the day, if the pros came down at all.”

Summary
Throughout the Shire, it was well known that Bungo Baggins built Bag End as a wedding gift for Belladonna Took, the eldest and wildest of the Thain’s three daughters, using his love for her and knowledge of architecture and her money. The reality of the construction of Bag End was, in the way these things often are, not nearly as romantic a story as the public tale would have you believe. Instead of building it as a final grand romantic gesture, Bungo was hired to build the smial by his best friend and her betrothed, a dwarf from New Belegost named Frerin. The fact that he wound up living in it as Belladonna's husband and helping her raise her son there was an entirely different point.
