Chris Redfield is fine, thanks for asking. He has an amazing husband, a fantastic sister, and close friends he cares about. More than most can say in this awful world of theirs.
He has been coping just fine, thank you very much. Sure, he has chronic migraines, a worsening nicotine addiction, and a nonexistent appetite, but he’s fine. All Chris needs to worry about is supporting those he cares about. He’ll handle himself.

Not the first time she’s been in a pickle, but this is the closest she’s come back to that time in Sumeru when she got pulled below the sands and into King Deshret’s (supposedly) abandoned temple. She made it out alive but at what cost? She’d lost her hat, her sword, and worst of all, Greater Lord Rukkhadevata’s Divine Wisdom penned in a book was lost to the sands.
And now Juni’s belly down in the dust, sandstone hard against her hips. “Lizards,” she mutters, watching Liyue Monitors clamber about, as long as a man and likely twice her weight. “It had to be lizards.” Her eyes flick upwards, landing on the chiseled face of Rex Lapis, carved into the temple wall. She winces. “Sorry. My Lord. Uh, if you’re listening.”
