Graham Gore, first lieutenant of Erebus and one of several designated milk producers for the Franklin Expedition- which is not doing so well on a whole, Graham would be the first to admit- has been kidnapped by mutineers. Much like the Admiralty before them, they only really want Graham for his breastmilk. Hickey wants to keep Graham for himself- the strong, jovial Graham Gore is a prize to stroke his ego. But he is distracted with managing a camp of mutineers and his dreams of godhood. Graham goes without milking for too long, until another mutineer is assigned to help him out.

John's got some mental processing issues due to past trauma, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying sex with his boyfriend. Sometimes it makes the sex confusing and a little scary, because George likes to role play. But John's learned through a great deal of patience, trial and error that he's kind of into sex that's confusing and a little scary. So when he finds himself dressed like a missionary and George dressed (if dressed is the word, for how little he's wearing) like a leopard, John doesn't remember exactly what's supposed to happen next, but he's determined to find out.

The year, 1980 something. The location, suburbia, Earth. Certainly not England. The people: Solomon Tozer, undocumented undesirable living out of someone else's garage. Stephen S. Stanley, clinically-dead-inside divorcee surgeon who rents an entire house just to live alone. The inciting incident: Sol Tozer starts showing up at Stephen's back door in the middle of the night with bizarre injuries and cash, and then gets pathetically turned on when Stephen patches him up in his garage. None of this situation is good, healthy, or sane, but neither are willing to make any dramatic life changes to fix it. Except maybe arson.

Graham Gore doesn't feel embarrassment or shame for providing extra nutritious milk for their polar exploration. He likes hard work and thinks of himself game for anything. It does get to be a bit much to stay on top of by himself, leading to some pain and discomfort. Fortunately, circumstances force not only his hand, but Dundy's and Fairholme's as well. None are displeased with the new situation.
