“Oh, for fuck’s sake.” Jason grumbles under his breath and nudges Dick out of the way, looking directly in Tim’s eyes when he says with a soft voice, “The social media is flooded with the video of one of Bruce Wayne’s sons, the CEO of Wayne Enterprises, making out with a boy in his bedroom.”
“A way to go, Jason!” Dick hisses and jabs his elbow into Jason’s ribs. “Couldn’t you have been a bit more gentle with it?”
“I’m not you, I’m not going to sugarcoat the truth, Dickhead.” Jason smacks Dick in the back of his head and returns his attention back to Tim again who pales like he has seen a ghost. “Kid, you okay?”
(or, a universe, where Tim and Kon do kissing my best friend to see his rection trend and Tim comes out to the world by accidentally posting the video on social media.)

Buck’s voice is a mere whisper when says, “Bobby’s death. It was my fault.”
“What–” Tommy seems to struggle with finding the right words. It takes him a few seconds but then he finally settles for saying, “Evan, what happened to Bobby was a tragedy. It wasn’t your fault.”
“Yes, it was. I changed the past when I saved you after the helicopter crash. I couldn’t live in the world without you so somehow I went back and saved you. You lived so someone had to die for nature to find balance. A life for a life.” Buck chokes out, barely seeing Tommy’s shocked and confused face through the tears that have welled up in his eyes. “It’s my fault that Bobby’s gone. I did this, Tommy. I killed him– I killed him, I killed him!”
(or: after Tommy dies in a helicopter crash, Buck somehow finds himself reliving the day and decides to fix it, not realising that an opportunity like that comes with a price.)

Even though the epiphany was sudden, unexpected, it wasn’t exactly surprising. After all, who else would Regulus ever fall in love with if not Barty? Who would Regulus ever love as much as he has loved Barty his entire life?
It’s just him and Barty, always have been, just the two of them until the end.
(or, a universe, where Regulus and Barty try to navigate through life together as members of a famous band, lose each other and then find their way back to each other again.)

“I thought you knew! I thought you knew!” Tommy interrupts him the moment he realises what Evan means, the moment he realises that apparently Evan didn’t know how much Tommy loved him, how much he still loves him. “From the moment we kissed in the hospital at your sister’s wedding, I thought you knew!”
“Then why? Why?!” Evan cuts him off, his voice loud and as shaky as his hands when he weakly hits them against Tommy’s chest. “Why did you throw it all away?! Why?!”
(or: a few months after Bobby's death, Buck finds out that early into their relationship, Tommy went to Bobby to get his blessing.)

“You don't have to be this nice to me, Evan. I didn’t– I didn’t even tell you about your own daughter.” Tommy whispers and pushes himself up from his chair as well, walking around the table so he stands next to his ex-boyfriend with some distance still between them. “You don't owe me anything.”
Evan abandons his task of cleaning the table and turns to Tommy with a look on his face that's as warm and sad as his smile. “Tommy, I owe you more than you'll ever know.”
(or: almost a year after running into each other at the bar, at four in the morning Buck shows up unannounced at Tommy's house and discovers that he has three months old daughter that he knew nothing about.)
