Summary
Sam manages to break Dean's deal and save him from Hell...at a cost. With no voice, he doesn't know if he can hunt anymore, but he gave his voice up for his brother and he'd do it again. No matter what that means for him.
Fortunately, he's not the only one willing to do whatever it takes to stay by his brother's side.

"But the one thing that Sam had forgotten above all else was that when a migraine struck, he wasn’t going to have a bed to retreat to or an easy way to reach a cool cloth."
Some things come back slow, when you haven't been on the road with your brother in a few years. And some things are never really forgotten.

Summary
Post 2x03. "Dean sounded like he didn't want to say anything at all, didn't want to be reminded that he had his little brother tagging along, his last reminder of the broken family they both now belonged to."
Dean's still angry and grieving. And Sam?
Sam's starting to wonder if maybe Dean might not be able to heal with him around.

Summary
"The week following Chuck’s departure, Sam was sort of…crazy."
Hope isn't the only thing Sam's lost. Dean's determined to help him keep his faith, even if he doesn't believe it himself.
Maybe there's still something to keep faith in. Like a big brother who never gives up. Or a little brother who's worth praying for.

n. A view or opinion that is incorrect because it is based on faulty thinking or understanding.
AU of 14x13. Instead of rushing to get John back to his own time, they decide to let him stay a little longer. Time won't completely collapse with one night with their dad, so what harm can him staying do?
For Sam, a lot of harm. John believes something about his sons and he's determined to set all the blame at his youngest's feet, revealing painful secrets that Sam would've preferred to stay hidden, things he feared anyone finding out, things John feels are wrong.
Too bad for John that Mary and Dean don't feel the same way and are more than ready to back Sam.
NOT WINCEST in the SLIGHTEST, but John sure thinks so.
Two-shot.

Summary
"For you and I are brothers, and the bonds of brotherhood are not easily torn asunder."
The door opens to the Cage to release Lucifer, except there's nothing in there. Only confetti and a trickster who's not really a trickster and has a hell of a story to tell. One that involves the love of a big brother willing to do anything to protect his little brother and keep him safe. Even if that means tearing him from his Grace and making him human in order to free him from Hell.
Even if that means tearing his own Grace out to become human with him.
With new memories pouring in fast, Dean and Sam are in a race to figure out who really flipped the switch on the apocalypse and how to stop it, pretending they're vessels when they're really just missing their Graces, and, oh yeah, trying to find their brotherhood that they both had a hand in ripping apart.
That last one might not be the easiest, but it could mean the difference for who they are now, and who they used to be.

Summary
“Right,” Fili said. “We need to all stay alive, then. That shouldn’t be too hard.”
“You try it,” Bilbo muttered. “See how well you do.”
~
By a curse or a blessing from the Valar, Bilbo finds himself repeating the same horrific day of war outside of Erebor again and again. His repeats are always triggered when someone from the company falls. He suffers days and days on his own before the others begin to repeat the day with him.
One would think that with the whole company, an elf king, and a bowman all knowing what was to come, Bilbo would have an easier time getting them all through the day alive.
One would think that, wouldn't they.

Summary
Sequel to "Alone is a word not meant for you."
Two weeks after the bookstore, Thorin finally calls Bilbo, after prodding from Dwalin.
It goes about as well as he expects it to, and that is to say, it's a disaster. Between his stammering and Fili's determination to get Thorin a date, it's a wonder Bilbo doesn't hang up right on the spot.
Thank god he only seems amused.
One-shot.

Summary
For a prompt.
The holidays are fast approaching, and Thorin's been dreading them, now that it's just him and his nephews. Harder still given that Fili still barely speaks and hasn't really since Dis died.
So when Kili drags them into the bookstore to look for children's literature author Mr. Baggins' new book, and they find the author himself reading his latest, Thorin isn't expecting anything beyond maybe making his nephews a little happier.
He certainly isn't expecting to find something for himself but he may have done just that.
One-shot.

What he doesn't know is that Thorin is no longer under the thrall of gold, and is desperately racing to catch up with him to keep him safe.
They may have just started on another adventure, but this one may not end as well as their first quest.

Summary
Sebastian Moran can't pull the trigger on John Watson to save his own hide, and what the hell is it with the doctor, anyway? Then Gandalf shows up, meddlesome wizard, and reminds him none too gently of his past life: as Thorin Oakenshield, leader of a company that had once included a small hobbit named Bilbo Baggins. One that looked decidedly like John Watson. And this would be the perfect chance to make things right with Bilbo the way he really hadn't been able to before he died, and that's when Gandalf tells him John doesn't remember being Bilbo, and to leave him alone.
Right. Like that's going to happen.
