“That’s stupid,” Air Raid says, immediately.
Silverbolt can’t help but agree. “I don’t think a bunch of colorful banners is gonna make the Decepticons… chill.”
Bumblebee shrugs. “I just thought it was a neat story. That’s how much power this holiday’s got.”
“Maybe over humans,” Slingshot says with a sigh. Despite his words, he and Fireflight are exchanging a look and— oh, Primus, Silverbolt prays they’re not getting any ideas.
“Can I not tell stories anymore?” Bumblebee throws his hands in the air with a frustrated sound.
[Or: the Aerialbots learn about the holidays and Silverbolt's spark is far too soft.]

Summary
The Projectionist is aptly named. It sports a dented, ink-stained projector in place of its head, too large and heavy on sunken shoulders. Its body is odd, disproportionally stretched and yet not quite skeletal, covered in wiring and bits of spare parts stuck haphazardly into its inky flesh. It’s like nothing else in the studio.
And ever since the light filtering through its lens from a flickering lamp washed over the faded face of Sammy’s mask, the afterimage hasn’t left his mind.

Summary
Agent 3 is a mysterious, reserved Inkling who really bit off more than she could chew when she followed that old man into the sewer. She'd hoped to start a new, free life when she moved to Inkopolis, but instead, she became a soldier and experienced horrors no one else her age could comprehend. Well... almost no one else.
Agent 4 is a much more extroverted squid, and while his trials with the Octarians played perfectly off his training from ink battles, he may have gotten more than he bargained for following that pretty lady through the grate. He may think keeping a secret is exciting, but the novelty will wear off eventually, and he fears for the slightly younger members of the splatoon--even if one of them is his technical superior.
Agent 8 is a very exciteable Octoling, eager to explore the world she fought so hard to get to. They don't quite understand the concern directed at them from their new friends, but that's alright! They're determined to learn, and befriend even more people along the way. The surface is full of wonder and they don't regret a single scar they gained on their way up.
The members of the New Squidbeak Splatoon are an odd crew, with equally odd friends. But, they're family.

It’s all rough and mismatched, something between elegance and punk and a pile of offcuts, all battered and fraying at the unhemmed edges. There are little gaps where the fabrics join, and, the winter after they meet, he’s almost always shivering from the cold air.
