Summary
Willingly volunteering for latrine or laundry duty wouldn't necessarily be insane, no matter how public his hatred for either chore is, but the real question is whether or not Buck's nose can handle the inevitable onslaught of stimuli right now.
The decision is made for him when Hen—and he loves her so much he's going to fix the Wilson's creaky front door—inadvertently saves him by cornering Eddie at the ambulance.
Buck does not stay long enough to find out what the hell that’s about and simply thanks the universe for his pseudo-sister, then takes the opportunity to get the fuck out of there.
or - buck is desperately struggling not to show how pathetically in love he is with Eddie, Maddie and Chimney are NOT helping and maybe, just maybe, he learns how to accept himself and all of his undead-ness in the process

"You okay?" A soft voice questions and Bob jumps, nearly dropping the pizza again. "Bob?" Joaquin asks.
"Wha–oh yeah. Yes. Thank you, I'm–the pizza's fine."
Jesus Christ, Bob thinks, he needs to run away and join the circus.
----
OR: 5 times Bob fell for Joaquin + the 1 time Joaquin fell for Bob(or falling as a metaphor for love).

Summary
Eddie wakes first.
It takes a second for him to register where he is. He’s being dragged slowly into consciousness, his whole body relaxed and sleep-warm. That’s— okay, that’s inaccurate, he feels hot. His cheeks feel flushed, skin prickling, like his body is overheating.
At first, he blames it on the close proximity. There’s a body close, pressed against him, an arm slung over his waist. Eddie runs hot during the night, and the body pressed against him also feels flushed with warmth.
But then he feels it—
The unmistakable, clingy stickiness.
The front of his briefs is soaked through. His thighs feel damp too, like it’s spread through the front of his sweatpants. It’s not just damp—it’s wet. It’s warm. It’s—
Holy fuck.

He’s never felt more at home.
There’s only one thing wrong.
He can’t find Robby.

Summary
It sparks something in him, seeing Jack wearing his clothes, and what it sparks is the startling capability for Robby to put his foot in his mouth. Because in addition to thinking of Jack in his sweater, he thinks about his reaction to it.
Robby never claimed to be a smart man. Maybe in med school when he was young and cocky, but in recent times Robby has never assumed the position of intelligent. So, really, it shouldn’t be surprising that he’d also be unintelligent about all things Jack, too.
(Or: the one where Robby yearns)
