  Summary

  In the aftermath of the Laplace Incident, finally free of the man who wore his face, Mineva Zabi travels to Earth seeking a clearer picture of the enigmatic and mercurial presence that looms over her earliest memories: Char Aznable, the Red Comet.

  What she finds is a loose association of the few people who remember Char not as a symbol of Zeon but as a frightened, confused human being, and the political tangles that continue to ensnare them, in the wreckage of the Universal Century and its revolutionary aspirations.
