The vintage shirt she is wearing is too big on her as well, the hem of the it spilling down over her jeans.
“Hi, honey,” she grins at you, skipping over the edge of the chaise longue, dipping in to press a quick kiss to your mouth. “I hope I didn’t keep you waiting for too long.”

Random alternate (timeline? universe? Idk) where Ivy and Harley meet for the first time by becoming pen-pals. As their friendship grows so do their feelings for one another, will the two stop being useless bisexuals and get together? (Spoiler: they're super useless... like really... it takes a while, 'cause they're dumb)
Or: Harley finds a plant, immediately becomes attached, can't keep it alive, decides the only one who can help her is the infamous poison ivy, they write letters, it's cute.
Also past abuse mentions, it gets heavy, I hated writing it, it hurt my heart. I'll put trigger warnings on the chapters so you can avoid them if you want.
I've written 15 of the planned 20 chapters... but I have no self control so Idk there might be like 90 chapters. jk... To Ava, the entire apocalypse is a vivid, vibrant neon, from the city's kaleidoscopic street signs to the complicated collision of elements that spark inside of her body whenever Beatrice runs her tongue over the edge of a fang, or laughs at one of her stupid jokes, or brings her lips to the delicate skin of Ava's wrist and drinks.
If you want my blood this badly, Beatrice, Ava says with a smirk, you can earn it.

Summary
Ava rolls over, shutting her brain off, and very carefully presses the palm of her hand on Beatrice’s waist.
Beatrice tenses immediately, a sharp intake of breath filling the otherwise quiet bedroom.
A few seconds pass with nothing and Ava starts to pull away, an apology on her lips, when Beatrice grabs her wrist. It’s so fast that Ava hardly registers what happened, but suddenly, she’s being pulled to the other side of the bed.
Ava lets it happen, helps, and now she’s hovering over Beatrice. She’s so close she can see the shine in her eyes, how wide they are and she can see them flicker to her lips and back up.
Bea’s made this move, it’s her turn now. Ava leans forward, giving Beatrice a chance to turn her away.
When she doesn’t, it’s game over. Their lips meet and every functioning part of Ava’s brain that might tell her there will be consequences to this completely disappear.
The world could set fire tonight and Ava would keep kissing her as the apartment collapsed around them.
