Al had meant it to be said loudly, but it came out as little more than a wheeze as the wooden beams on him shifted weirdly.
The world was still shaking, but Ed wasn’t moving.
“Brother!” Al tried again, but Ed showed no sign of hearing him.
Ed’s arm was reached out towards Al, but his body was slumped, a portion of the floor above pinning him down.
