Jeremy chuckled, low and teasing, the vibrations of it rolling through Landon's back. His fingers flexed slightly against Landon’s throat, just a little squeeze—enough to make Landon sharply exhale, his grip on Jeremy’s wrist tightening in response.
Jeremy hummed out a pleased sound, his lips ghosting over Landon’s ear. "You sound so pretty when you’re frustrated, you know that?"
Landon scoffed, but the sound lost its edge from his unsteady breathing. "Just pretty?"
"You're gorgeous, baby." Jeremy rephrased with a chuckle.
Landon let out an appreciated huff, tilting his head just slightly, exposing more of his neck to Jeremy's wandering lips. "Better," he murmured, voice still laced with the remnants of his last breathless sigh.

"Yeah, what’s with all the yelling?" Remi squeezed his way through his cousins, getting further into the room.
"What’s this about Volkov?" It was Creigh’s question that made Brandon’s eyes snap to Landon’s, a small smirk of his own on his lips. He crossed his arms as well, stepping towards the others, and turning to face Landon.
"Yes, Landon, what’s this about Volkov?" Brandon repeated his cousin's question, a faux innocent look on his face as he tilted his head. Now all attention is on Landon.
Landon looked at his twin in betrayal, "Seriously?"
Brandon shook his head, looking confusingly at his brother. "I don’t know what you mean, dear brother, maybe it’ll help if you explain it to the rest of the family?" he suggested, fighting down the smirk he wanted to show.
Landon seethed silently.

The man gulped. “Agent, you won’t find what I’m about to say in the job description, but despite what people think… this is considered a promotion.” Stone still looked unconvinced. “I’ll be frank with you, the commander has been desperate for the last couple of months. To work right under Doctor Robotnik can be rather demanding. It's not typical Secret-Service work, but because the doctor has personally requested you which hasn’t happened before, I’m fairly certain-“
“He personally requested me?” Stone said, eyebrows raised in surprise, probably the most emotion he had showed in the whole conversation.
