There is a ball held in Mondstatd every so often and Kaeya can't say he is overly fond of them. The poison, in particular doesn't help.

"Do you want this?" Nazrik asks, quiet. His thumb rubs circles on knuckles, another hand solidly set on the Mage's hips but light enough to not cage. He feels Emmerich's gaze change to a burning want, his breaths slowing but deep still.
The Mage is slow, hesitant almost, as he pushes his hips into a single agonizing grind and Nazrik's breath hitches, his body tensing as electric shocks of pleasure zip straight to his head and that strength again returns, where not even Nazrik's hold can stop him. "Would you indulge me if I said yes?"
Nazrik comes to the Herdmaster's sleeping hut for answers, running on ragged frustration and anger over the False One, over the God that has caused him grief for so long. He gets a little more than what he came for.

Summary
An immortal’s time is difficult to count on clocks. Neuvillette and Wriothesley do paperwork with each other, over the course of years. An empty tea cup, sitting on its saucer. Wriothesley’s heavy black coat, folded on the back of his chair. The Duke’s fast, long, straggly writing – left-handed – his hand angled just so to prevent the ink from smearing.
Keen brow. Sharp jaw. Dark lashes. The scar under his eye. The way the Duke absently runs a hand through his hair when thinking.
The tiny moments – nestled among quills scratching on paper, the sound of typewriter keys, and too-full schedules – when Monsieur Neuvillette feels something he may have long come to call love, if only he were human.
A human might have professed his love already. Neuvillette is not human and has not done so, but maybe that's more okay than he thinks.

“Stop asking me questions,” Kaeya ground out. His expression was complicated, but Diluc knew most of them; he was angry, distressed, and something else that Diluc couldn’t decipher. “I can’t lie.”
Diluc almost laughed, but he managed to catch himself in time. The idea of Kaeya not being able to stretch and distort the truth was ridiculous. There was something about Kaeya’s eyes, though, that made him stop. “You’re not kidding.”
“I wouldn’t lie about something like this,” Kaeya said, through gritted teeth. “Not that I can.”
